Austin Winkler was singing in a cover band in Oklahoma City in 2001 when he met drummer Cody Hanson and guitarist Joe Garvey, and soon after, Hinder was born!   The band would play exclusively at The Blue Note in Oklahoma City and would build a large local fan base. 

After recording a demo EP called "Far From Close" in 2003, the band would continue to play and promote their music, and eventually they would sign a recording contract with Universal Records.  Their first studio album titled "Extreme Behavior" was released in September of 2005 and featured the single "Lips of an Angel," which hit #1 on the pop charts in 2006!  The album would eventually reach triple platinum in sales in the U.S. 

By 2008, after extensive international touring and selling countless Hinder tickets, the band would release its second studio album titled "Take It To The Limit," which would peak at #2 on the U.S. Billboard Top Hard Rock Albums. 

In 2010, the band would record its third studio album titled "All American Nightmare," which would sell 37,000 copies in its first week alone!  Indeed, these guys know how to rock a show, which you too can witness with Hinder tickets.
